Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlueHour app and the web content shown inside it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate profile information and do not create accounts for others or impersonate anyone. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

Your content

Photos, collages and other content you create stay yours. Content kept only on your device is not sent to us. For content you upload, such as your profile photo or media you share in web features, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store and display it only to operate and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep it by law.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, harassing, or that exploits minors.
• Harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate other people.
• Send spam, scams or unsolicited advertising.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or access it by automated means.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. To report content or a user, contact us at the address below. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

Our service

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to us and our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Map data is provided by third parties and may be inaccurate.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, such as Apple, Google Firebase, Adjust, Meta and OpenStreetMap. Their use is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you. Content stored only on your device can be lost if you delete the app or lose the device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. If it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply to the extent permitted. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
